Managing Tickets

Helpdesk provides a powerful ticket list view with filtering, sorting, and bulk actions.

Ticket list

The main Tickets view shows all tickets with columns for subject, status, priority, assignee, and creation date. Use the filter bar to narrow by status, priority, or assignee.

Bulk actions

Select multiple tickets using the checkboxes, then apply bulk actions:

  • Assign — set the assignee for all selected tickets
  • Change status — move tickets to a new status
  • Change priority — update priority in bulk
  • Delete — permanently remove tickets

Views

Save commonly used filter combinations as named Views for quick access. Views are shared across your team.
