Helpdesk · iOS companion

Your support queue, one tap from decided

The AI agent drafts the reply, gathers the evidence, and parks the decision. The iPhone app puts that proposal in your pocket — read it, tap Approve & send, done. Zero typing.

The idea

Approve, don’t type

On a phone, reading is cheap and typing is expensive. The desktop is where your team writes; the iPhone is where they decide.

The unit of work is a decision

Every proposal arrives fully assembled — the drafted reply, its sources, the rationale. What’s left fits a thumb: yes, edit, or no.

Decisions, not a firehose

Opening the app lands you on Needs approval, not on every ticket in the workspace. Clear the queue from the train and the day is ahead of you.

Guardrails ride along

The same approval envelopes, gates, and audit trail as the desktop. Approving from a phone is exactly as governed as approving from a desk.

In the app

Built around the pending decision

A ticket list sorted by decidability

Tickets with a waiting proposal pin to the top, and each one states what the AI agent wants to do — “Reply + refund $49.00”, not “AI has a suggestion”. Often you can pick the right ticket to open without opening any of them.

  • Needs approval is the default filter
  • One-line intent on every pinned ticket
  • AI status chips make the list a fleet board — including failures

Edit before it sends

Not quite right? The draft opens in a plain editor — adjust a sentence, tap Approve & send, and the edited reply goes out in one round trip. Your edits are recorded with the approval, and the citations stay attached.

  • The draft pre-fills; you never start from blank
  • Edits ride the same approval — no second step
  • Citations stay read-only and auditable

Inbox zero for proposals

The Proposals tab collects every waiting decision in the workspace, newest first. Plain replies approve straight from the card; anything touching money or an irreversible change always opens the full proposal first.

  • One badge for everything waiting on you
  • Card-level approve for plain replies only
  • Refunds and plan changes require the full card

The same guardrails as the desk

Auto-approval envelopes are configured on the web and enforced everywhere: what the AI agent may do alone, and what always waits for a human. A proposal handled on desktop while you read it on the phone resolves safely — never a double send.

  • Envelope caps explain why a proposal needs you
  • Every approval and edit lands in the audit trail
  • Conflicts surface as “handled elsewhere”, never silently

Questions

Frequently asked

When can I download it?

The app is in development. This page carries the App Store link the day it ships — until then, Airclou Helpdesk works fully in your phone’s browser, and every proposal you’d approve in the app can be approved on the web today.

Does the app cost extra?

No. It signs in with your existing Airclou account and uses the seat you already have — there is no separate mobile plan or per-device charge.

Can I write replies from scratch on my phone?

No, and that’s deliberate. Replying on mobile means approving or editing a reply the AI agent has already drafted; the escape hatch is an internal note. Writing from a blank composer stays on the desktop, where writing is comfortable.

Does it cover live chat tickets?

Proposals on live-chat tickets appear and approve exactly like email ones. Operating live chat in real time — the console, presence, take-over — stays on the desktop, and installing the app never marks you as available for chat routing.

What about Android?

iPhone first. Android isn’t scheduled yet — on any device, the web app remains the full-featured fallback.
