Is the Free plan free forever?
The Free plan is free today, while Airclou is in early access, and we intend to keep a generous free tier. We don’t promise it’s permanent — if it ever changes, existing workspaces get advance notice and a clear path to a paid plan or an export of their data.
How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to that plan’s features. No credit card is required, and you can cancel at any point during the trial without being charged.
What counts as an AI draft?
An AI draft is a reply the assistant prepares for a conversation, grounded in your knowledgebase and account data. Edits and regenerations of the same reply don’t count twice.
Can the AI really issue refunds on its own?
Only inside the envelopes you configure. By default every money-moving or irreversible action waits for a human approval; you decide per action and per amount what the AI may do alone.
Are Helpdesk and Playbook billed separately?
Yes. They share one Airclou account and workspace, but each product has its own subscription — you can run either one alone or both together. Helpdesk is priced per agent; Playbook per member.
Does Playbook include the AI grounding for Helpdesk?
If you use both products, published playbooks automatically become the knowledge behind your Helpdesk AI answers — there is no extra charge and nothing to configure. Playbook is also a complete product on its own: SOPs, versioning, training, and acknowledgment work without Helpdesk.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the billing period. Your data, automations, and history carry over unchanged.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available on every plan at a discount, and you can switch between monthly and annual from your billing settings.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Everything in Business, plus the things larger organizations need to buy software: SAML SSO, unlimited brands, custom connectors to your own systems, a security review and DPA, contractual SLAs, invoice billing, and dedicated onboarding with named support. Talk to us and we’ll scope it together.
