DMARCLY is our email-deliverability business — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC monitoring for thousands of domains. Its support queue has run on Airclou Helpdesk since June 2026, with the AI agent working real tickets against the real billing system.

From invoice number to verified account, unattended

A customer writes in with nothing but an invoice number. The AI agent chains the lookup itself — invoice to customer to subscription — inside the billing system, then answers from what it verified, not from what the conversation claims.
