What prospective partners ask first
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. All three programs are free to join, with no annual fees, no certification charges, and no revenue quotas to keep your place. You invest your time; we invest ours.
How does the revenue share work?
Solutions and affiliate partners earn a recurring share of the subscription revenue from customers they bring or serve, for as long as those customers stay. The exact terms are part of the partner agreement you review during onboarding — we would rather you see them in writing than in marketing copy.
Can we be a solutions partner and a technology partner at once?
Yes. Many agencies both implement Airclou for clients and maintain an integration to a tool their clients rely on. It is one application, one agreement, and one partner contact — the programs describe the work, not a box you have to pick.
Is there partner training or certification?
Onboarding includes hands-on product training and a sandbox workspace where you can break things freely. A formal certification program is not live yet — when it ships, existing partners will be the first through it.
We already work with Zendesk or Intercom — can we still join?
Yes. There is no exclusivity requirement. Most good partners serve clients on several platforms, and we would rather you recommend Airclou where it genuinely fits than everywhere.
